1. Our commitment
We want every visitor — including people who use screen readers, rely on keyboard navigation, have low vision, or are sensitive to motion — to be able to read about our services and reach us for a growth audit. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the Site periodically as it evolves.
2. Measures we've taken
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) so assistive technology can identify page regions.
- Descriptive link text and
aria-labels on icon-only controls, such as the mobile menu toggle. - Keyboard-operable navigation, including a visible mobile menu that can be opened, closed, and traversed without a mouse.
- Color combinations chosen for sufficient contrast between text and background across the Site's palette.
- Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionoperating-system setting: visitors who have reduced motion enabled see the Site's scroll animations, marquee, and counters disabled or simplified automatically. - Responsive layout that reflows for screen magnification and a wide range of viewport sizes rather than relying on fixed pixel widths.
3. Conformance target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our internal reference standard — the same benchmark referenced by U.S. Section 508 guidance and Canada's Accessible Canada Act framework. This statement describes our current efforts rather than a certification of full conformance.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible — for example, embedded third-party content (such as scheduling widgets) is subject to the accessibility of the provider's own code, which is outside our direct control. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know using the contact details below so we can address it.
5. Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA. It does not depend on Flash or other deprecated plugin technologies.
6. Feedback & contact
If you have trouble accessing any part of the Site, or want to give feedback on our accessibility, please contact us — we aim to respond within two business days:
