Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Adsbright LLC uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on adsbright.com, what each category is used for, and how you can control them — as a performance marketing agency, we use some of the same measurement tools on our own site that we implement for clients.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and they allow us and our partners to recognize your browser across visits. We also use related technologies — such as pixels (tracking images) and local storage — which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the Site to function — for example, remembering that you've submitted a form, or balancing server load. These cannot be switched off and do not require consent.

Analytics & performance

Help us understand how visitors use the Site — which pages are read, where visitors drop off, and which traffic sources convert — so we can improve content and navigation. We use Google Analytics (GA4) for this purpose.

Advertising & retargeting

Set by our advertising partners to measure the performance of our own campaigns and, where you have not opted out, to show you more relevant ads about Adsbright on other sites. We use the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Google Ads and Google Tag Manager tags, and the TikTok Pixel — the same category of tools we implement for clients' own paid social and paid search programs.

Functionality

Remember choices you've made (such as having dismissed a banner) to provide a more personalized experience on return visits.

Exact providers in active use may change as our own marketing stack evolves; this table reflects the tools referenced elsewhere on the Site and is reviewed alongside this policy's "Last updated" date.

4. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of the Site and other websites you visit.

5. Advertising opt-out tools

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through these industry tools, available to users in both the United States and Canada:

  • Digital Advertising Alliance (US): optout.aboutads.info
  • Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada: youradchoices.ca
  • Network Advertising Initiative: optout.networkadvertising.org
  • Google Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com
  • Meta ad preferences: manage in your Facebook/Instagram account's Ad Preferences settings

Opting out through these tools stops interest-based ads from participating companies across the web — it is broader than clearing cookies from your browser alone.

6. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how sites should respond, so the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where required by applicable state law, we do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our tools or legal obligations change. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
